Backyard remodel costs vary widely based on scope. A basic patio installation may start around $5,000-$10,000, while a full backyard transformation with outdoor kitchen, pergola, landscaping, and fire features can range from $30,000-$80,000+. We provide free detailed estimates for every project.
Timelines depend on the project scope. A simple patio or pergola installation may take 1-2 weeks. A complete backyard renovation including hardscaping, outdoor kitchen, and landscaping typically takes 4-8 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.
Most significant backyard modifications require permits in Arizona municipalities. This includes patio covers, pergolas over a certain size, outdoor kitchens with gas lines, and electrical work. Smart Choice Remodeling handles all permitting as part of our service.
